W3 WEDGE

Distance control requires shaft lean.

Optimal wedge distance control requires launching around 30 degrees. Achieving it demands significant shaft lean, lowering the leading edge and making clean contact difficult. The W3 is built for exactly that lean.

Steeper Sole Angle

Optimised for 10–15 degrees of shaft lean at impact, so you can lean the shaft without the leading edge getting stuck in the ground.

Wider Sole

Lets you hit down on the ball without taking a huge divot — creating cleaner contact and improved spin control.

Split Sole Geometry.

The sole feels a bit

The sole feels a bit too wide but it gets through the turf really easily!

14HCP. I have full set of W1s and W2s before. The W3 is the best fit my game the best as I rely on bounce and prefer to play the ball further back than I needed to with W1s and W2s.

I usually add weight to my wedges. I got combo length heads this time, but lengthened to same length which also fit my game much better.

Always struggled on trickier wedge approach shots but since using the w3s ive found I can really get aggressive and attack tough pin positions.

W3 Gap Wedge - Come on in the water is fine.

I got the gap wedge. Shocked at how light it was compared to what it replaced, but it's solid on strikes. Biggest surprise was using it in bunkers. First time I can easily and consistently execute a chunk-and-run.

The new W3 Sand Wedge is, I believe, a big improvement over the previous version, as it has 10 degrees of bounce. I could not play the previous SW from our sand traps locally (TPC-SAWGRASS) due to its meager bounce.

Best wedge I’ve hit. Had the W1 and I like the new bounce and higher leading edge which lets me chunk a lot less and have the club back in my stance and lower peak height!
